We’re located next door to Dean’s Garden Centre, 3 miles from the centre of York, just off the Hopgrove roundabout on the York outer ring road.
The location gives excellent access to central York, all points along the York outer ring road and beyond.

As well as the daily sandwich van (on site 10.00 - 10.30am) and the excellent Bothy restaurant at Dean's Garden Centre, were just a few minutes by car from Monks Cross and Vangarde shopping centres with M&S, John Lewis, Sainsbury's, Asda and much more.

We're easy to reach
From central York head out along Stockton Lane. You'll find us just past Dean's Garden Centre (before you get to Stockton on Forest).
Coming from the Hopgrove roundabout on the A64 head toward York on the A1036 Malton Road. Take the 1st left onto Hopgrove Lane South then left onto Stockton Lane.

Coastliner buses 840 and 843 stop directly outside the site.
Each service runs hourly but are 30 minutes apart so buses run every 30 minutes in each direction.
